Casino project that I oversaw for a record-breaking reopening sales weekend
Brands served to achieve their marketing goals
Average increase for Reach (after the 1st month)
My marketing journey started with the rebrand of my family’s seasonal firework stand to raise money for breast cancer. I wanted to honor my grandma, who walked the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk for the Cure. I painted the stand pink and slapped the saucy name, Titty Titty Bang Bang on it. It increased revenue by 14% during those 2 weeks in July.
Then my journey took me into casino marketing. I oversaw 5-figure ad budgets, planned events for hundreds of people, hosted online game shows, created content, and spearheaded the marketing campaign for a $20 million renovation project. Phew. I need to take a breath after writing that all out.
Digital marketing coordinator. That was my title. My real job? Supporting the entire marketing department and giving high-end strategy for what the entire casino should do to amplify their sales by the millions.
So I asked for a raise.
It went unanswered.
I asked again.
No answer.
Again.
Smoke was practically oozing out of my ears at this point. Beyond the promotion ‘no,’ they gave away my favorite parts of the job to a new hire while I was away at a conference.
Then they told me in an email. I wanted to paper airplane my two weeks right into the CEO's office at that exact moment, but something even sweeter happened.
A potential client wanted to work with me on their marketing, and the conference I attended was looking for someone to manage their digital marketing.
After saying PEACE to my toxic job, I walked out the door, excited for the future of my marketing career. I gave myself my own damn promotion. Then I decided to spread the love to other epic founders by amplifying their monthly revenue through marketing strategies that make bank.
I took on 2 clients. Even better, I replaced my 9-5 income in under 3 months.
Since 2018, I've served over 100 clients, hired FT and PT team members, traveled unconditionally, and continued to pursue my passions unapologetically.
