Return / Refund Policy for the Sale of Goods

Refund/Return:
Unopened, unused items sold by Sherose in new condition may be returned for a full refund within 7 days. Items that are opened or damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete a return.

Final Sale:
All personalized merchandise, engraved and monogrammed items, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email hello@wearesherose.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return/Refund Policy for Services:
Due to the nature of the services provided by Sherose, we cannot offer any type of refund. If your service has not yet been rendered, refunds may be considered and are up to the discretion of Sherose. If the service you purchased has already been completed by Sherose, refunds cannot be issued.

Return/Refund Policy for Digital Products:
Due to the digital nature of the products provided by/available through Sherose, once a product has been downloaded/redeemed, we cannot offer full or partial refunds except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.
